Twelve weeks, three shifts, one outcome: a young person who stands out instead of blending in.
What happens when an ambitious young person starts applying differently.
Nicole, a top second year Business student at the University of Bath, had sent over 100 applications with weeks to go before her deadline. The few replies she did get all wanted her to work for free. The problem wasn't her ability. Nobody could see what made her worth paying for.
We rebuilt how she presented herself, who she reached out to, and how those conversations actually started.
Result: secured a placement at Accord Marketing, London. Degree timeline saved.
Kamila built NextGen STANDOUT™ after watching her own son get rejected and ghosted by every degree apprenticeship he applied for, despite predicted A grades.
Instead of accepting the system was broken, she researched how hiring actually works now and used it to completely change his approach: how he positioned himself, who he connected with, and how those conversations started. The result: from around 300 LinkedIn connections and zero visibility to over 2,400 industry connections, 5 million+ impressions, and five offers from five targeted applications.
Then his friends asked for help. Then their friends. NextGen STANDOUT™ is what came out of that.
